About The RFP's Below

RFP's

The Board of Directors approved the release of 4 Requests for Proposals (RFPs) at the April 16, 2026 meeting.

The RFPs solicited bids for:

1. Swimming pool renovation

2. Swimming pool deck repair

3. Swimming pool fence replacement

4. Tennis/Pickleball Court repair (and possible fence replacement).

Community input was paramount in putting the RFPs together.

Thank you to all and especially those serving on the Committee.

The timeline for repairs/renovation, etc. would be after this summer season.

Tennis court repairs could be completed sooner, as repairs would not be as extensive as  pool repairs.

A more detailed timeline is included in this email, as Attachments.

Collectively our community has about $400,000 in reserve funds that could be used for these projects.

Should the bids come in higher than that, and they well may, the Board will convene a Capital Improvement Projects Committee.

This Committee would consist of Board Members and Community Members with the task of formulating financing options.

Our Community is over 40 years old and Capital Improvement Projects are an absolute necessity.

In addition to our common areas like the pools, tennis courts and playgrounds,  roofs, driveways, decks, siding, retaining walls, etc. must be maintained.

Well maintained properties increase value and keep our "hidden gem" of a community beautiful.

Let's have a great summer season.

On behalf of Your Board of Directors,  Thank you"
